Professional and Very Friendly Service
This is only my second time that I have gone to Dr. Lamers' office. So, the office people really don't know me very well. However, they are very personable and friendly. I am not a fan of visiting a dentist, but this office makes me feel appreiated. I was asked if I could come in a little early for my appointment and I said that I would try. I came in 15 minutes earlier. I was thanked by the hygienist AND Dr. Lamers. It was refreshing to be thanked and I am glad that I could hep out. Everyone in the office smiles and Dr. Lamers is very professional. I understand why my wife doesn't want to find another dentist near our home, even though it takes about 40 minutes. With the great service that we get, why would we go anywhere else.

I have always had a terrible fear of going to the dentist due to a difficult experience years ago. Since going to Dr. Lamer the past four years, she and her staff have allayed those fears. Yesterday, I had two wisdom teeth extracted. I can honestly say in spite of being nervous I had absolutely no pain. That was a pleasant surprise. I can't say enough about the accommodating and friendly staff at Dr. Lamer's dental office. They are professional, responsive and efficient. They remember your family and understand your family's specific needs. Our two children are patients here and I think it speaks volumes that they LOVE going to the dentist! The office itself is always extremely clean and organized with a cozy waiting room and a little nook with toys for children to play with. Dr. Lamers is extremely knowledgeable and employs the latest in modern dentistry techniques. She is honest with her patients and always gives the best care she can offer, otherwise referring her patients to other quality providers. She is gentle and patient and has a feather-touch when giving numbing injections. There have been times where I didn't even know she had completed the injection- I couldn't feel a thing! Overall, you will love coming here, I know my family and I do!

At first I was disappointed that the dental hygienist I usually saw was not there any more. However my concerns were completely eased after meeting the new-to-me hygienist. I broke part of my tooth off at work, so I called the dentist office to see when I could make an appointment to come in and have it checked out. After the receptionist asked a few questions and learned that it was causing me pain, she talked to the dentist and I was in her chair in a little over an hour. Turns out it just needed an extension of the filling to fix it. Love this dentist and would recommend her to any and every one.

Broke a lower molar on a Sunday. Tooth was broken in half but still attached only at the gum-line. Dr. Lamers got me in on an emergency appointment on Monday. Temporary crown greatly relieved situation with a permanent replacement 2 weeks later.

I have been going to Dr Lamers for many years, but Thursday I needed my first crown. I get anxious when I go the DDS, so I was especially nervous getting a crown. I should know by now, there is no need for nerves. As usual, the friendly front desk girls greet you and make you feel welcome. Dr Lamers, and her assistant, Jennifer explain what they are doing. I am pleased to say, I really did not experience any pain.
